    3.The adsorption platform has a drying and heating function, which can be heated and dried during the coating process,  compatible with infrared+hot air.

    1.Special materials are used to control the swelling of proton membrane, with strong anti swelling ability, and the dry thickness range of coating is 2~20 μm. 

    2.High machining accuracy of backing roll, circular runout ≤ 1.5 μm. 

    3.The coated area rarely contacts the roller, reducing the risk of contamination.

    4.Optimize the production process, and the anode can be directly coated without additional process film, saving production and manufacturing cost.

    It is applicable to the catalyst for continuous and intermittent transfer printing of proton membrane roll on both sides.
    Technical characteristics:

    1.Suitable for wide in width transfer printing, effective rolling width ≥ 400mm.

    2.Rolling speed 0.5-5m/min.

    3.It can adapt to gap transfer printing, and the straightness of product head and tail is high ≤± 0.3mm.
