LHI Showcases Core Process Equipment at Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe, Supporting the Growth of Europe’s Hydrogen Industry
From 21 to 23 October 2025, Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe 2025—the leading global event for hydrogen technologies—was held at the Hamburg Messe exhibition centre in Germany.
Lead Hydrogen Intelligent (LHI), a specialist in core hydrogen-process equipment, presented a portfolio of advanced solutions tailored to European market needs, demonstrating the company’s technological capabilities in hydrogen manufacturing equipment.

As a global platform for the commercialization of hydrogen technologies, the exhibition brought together more than 1,000 companies and over 20,000 industry professionals from around the world.
Drawing on more than two decades of industrial-equipment expertise from its parent company, Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment, and nearly eight years of dedicated R&D in hydrogen technology, LHI showcased products engineered to meet Europe’s stringent requirements for efficiency, precision and manufacturing consistency—highlighting its strong technical foundation in hydrogen-process equipment.
Addressing the specific needs of the European market, LHI highlighted four core equipment:
● Fully Automated Fuel-Cell Stack Assembly System
Delivers stacking accuracy of ±0.1 mm (excluding material tolerances), meeting the European customers' high expectations for consistency and stability in large-scale production.
● Integrated Coating System
Equipped with a self-developed ultra-hard die head (surface hardness 2400 HV) that meets EU corrosion-resistance standards. Lead times are approximately 40% shorter than comparable imported equipment.
● Fuel-Cell Stack Testing Platform
Covers a power range of 100W to 300kW and is equipped with the proprietary HyTest software system, enabling full life-cycle data recording and analysis.
● MEA Roll-to-Roll Packaging System
Offers throughput of up to 600 JPH with alignment precision within ±0.1 mm, underscoring LHI’s accumulated expertise in precision manufacturing.

As a company deeply engaged in hydrogen-equipment development, LHI has established a mature full-cycle service system and a rigorous quality-management framework. With a focus on high-end global markets, the company has built R&D and delivery processes aligned with European industrial standards—providing end-to-end services from early-stage technical consultation and solution customization to installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance support.
Supported by a strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks and a commitment to compliance, LHI’s products and services have obtained multiple global certifications. This enables the company to respond swiftly to the customized needs of European clients and deliver reliable equipment and technical support for local hydrogen-energy projects.
The exhibition provided LHI with valuable opportunities for in-depth engagement across Europe’s hydrogen-industry value chain, and the company’s core equipment attracted significant interest from professional attendees.
Looking ahead, LHI will continue advancing core hydrogen-process technologies and strengthening its presence in the European market. The company is committed to working with partners across Europe to accelerate the industrialization of hydrogen equipment and deliver robust support for the development of the global hydrogen economy.
