LHI Delivers 100 MW Perovskite Coating System, Enabling Major Industry Player to Accelerate Product Rollout

LHI recently completed the delivery of a 100 MW perovskite coating system for one of China’s leading perovskite cell manufacturers, supporting the successful launch of multiple new products.

Proprietary Technologies Drive Superior Equipment Performance

As one of China’s earliest 100 MW perovskite photovoltaic pilot lines, the line is equipped with LHI’s self-developed wide-format perovskite coating system. Designed for slot-die coating of perovskite layers, interfacial layers and other functional layers on mass production and pilot lines, the system integrates several proprietary technologies—including a dual-drive gantry motion system, an air vibration isolation system, and a high-precision feeding system.These technologies enable high-speed coating while maintaining uniformity across large areas, supported by comprehensive vibration isolation to ensure process stability. With coating speeds exceeding 50 mm/s, the system delivers high efficiency and reliability, accelerating customers’ ramp-up to mass production.

Within one week of installation, the system reached stable production readiness, allowing qualified products to roll off the line the following month.
